Rev. Casmus Clifford John hails from the village of Fairbaine Pasture in St. Vincent and the
Grenadines. At the age of eighteen, he committed his life to Christ—a decision that shaped the
course of his life and ministry. He began his spiritual journey at Kingdom Life Tabernacle in
Mesopotamia, where he received his foundational training in ministry and answered the call to
full-time service.
In 1996, Rev. John enrolled at the West Indies School of Theology (WIST) in Trinidad. He
earned a Diploma in Bible and Theology in 1999, and later completed his Bachelor’s Degree in
the same field in 2004.
Rev. John's pastoral ministry began in 1999 at the Bequia Pentecostal Church, where he served
for two and a half years. In 2001, he was appointed pastor of New Life Prayer Tabernacle in
South Rivers, where he led the congregation faithfully for over thirteen years. In January 2015,
he relocated to Roseau, Dominica, to serve as pastor of the People’s Pentecostal Family Church.
After a decade of ministry in Dominica, Rev. John returned to St. Vincent and now serves as the
Senior Pastor of Glad Tidings Tabernacle in Gomea.
Beyond his pastoral responsibilities, Rev. John has made significant contributions to the
Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies (PAWI). In St. Vincent and the Grenadines, he served
as Missions Director, Church Ministries Director, and Lecturer at WIST SVG. While in
Dominica, he continued this legacy as Church Ministries Director, District Assistant Bishop, and
Lecturer at WIST Dominica.
Rev. John is married to Melvina John, his wife of twenty-five years. Together, they are proud
parents of three children: Casmel, Casel, and Casiel.
